Our client is seeking a high volume, hands on payroll supervisor to support the Payroll Manager with the leadership of up to 5 direct reports.
This is a great opportunitiy for a nationally recognized brand that is undergoing massive growth.
Job Duties
* Previous leadership experience with a minimum of 1 previous direct report
* Payroll SME comfortable handling escaltions and auditing payrolls of payroll administrators in their purview
* End to end payroll experience for all provinces in Canada
* Must be comfortable conducting business in both English and French as this is a multi-lingual environment
* Overseeing payroll for 25K employees – mix of hourly and salaried.
* Must be comfortable working within a high volume weekly environment
* Familiarity with the payroll systems SAP, UKG and/or Nethris is considered an asset
* PCP or PLP certification is considered an asset
