North American Payroll Coordinator

Location: Montreal

Level: Standalone

Our client is seeking a hands on payroll coordinator to work alongside their finance department and act as the SME for payroll.

This is a great opportunitiy for a nationally recognized brand that is undergoing massive growth.

Job Duties

* End to end payroll experience across Caanada (ON, QC) and multi-state US processing
* Year end experience with T4s, W2s etc.
* payroll volume of up to 200 salaried employees on a biweekly cycle
* System saavy with familiarty of Quickbooks online
* Ability to work both independently and alongside members of the larger finance team
* Ability to advise internal stakeholders on payrol best practice
* PCP certification not mandatory but considered an asset!
