Portfolio Payroll has a great contract opportunity for a Payroll Administrator working for an established manufacturing company in Scarborough.
You will add to the payroll team to assist with the processing of high-volume payroll cycles. If you are a payroll professional with the ability to work and be part of a busy payroll team, please read below.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for full cycle payroll including semi monthly, weekly & bi-weekly payroll cycles for Canadian & US employees
* Must have experience ADP WFN or Ceridian payroll software
* Manage payroll tax related remittances and filings, tax form balancing, year-end preparation, and audits
* Support payroll related laws and regulations
* Review payroll data including overtime, bonuses & deductions
Qualifications
* 5+ years payroll processing experience in a busy or high-volume environment
* ADP WFN or Ceridian experience is required
* Strong customer service skills
* Strong communication and team skills
* Strong organization skills
* Ability to work in fast paced environments
