Portfolio Payroll has a great contract opportunity for a Payroll Benefits Coordinator located in the heart of downtown Toronto.
You will add to the payroll team to assist with the processing of high-volume payroll cycles and support with benefits administration. If you are a payroll professional with the ability to work, please read below.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for full cycle payroll including bi-weekly payroll cycles
* Must have experience with ADP WFN payroll software
* Process payroll for 300 Salaried employees
* Prepare supporting with ADP for year-end T4 and RL1
* Support with ROE’s, balance journal entries & reconciliation
* Assess taxable benefit for health and life insurance

Qualifications
* 5+ years payroll processing experience in a busy or high-volume environment
* ADP WFN experience is required
* Strong customer service skills
* Confident user of Excel
* Ability to work in fast paced environments
