Your responsibilities will include:
* Processing end to end payroll for 1200 hourly and salaried employees.
* Timesheet inputting into the payroll system, union and non-union employees
* Year-end processing & reporting
* Prepare Records of Employment for terminated staff and maintain payroll records for T4 and T4A issuance.
* Support in various payroll projects.
To be a successful Payroll Coordinator, you’ll require:
* Strong understanding of multi-provincial payroll knowledge and support multiple Ontario locations.
* Ceridian Dayfoce expereince
* You have a strong understanding of payroll reporting.
* You have hands on remittance experience – WSIB, WCB, EHT CRA etc.
* PCP certification considered an asset.
