Portfolio Payroll has an amazing remote temporary to permanent opportunity for a Payroll Specialist working for an establshied software company in Toronto
This individual will add to the payroll team to assist with the processing of several busy payroll cycles. if you are a payroll professional with the ability to work and be part of a busy payroll team please read below.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for full cycle payroll including bi-weekly payroll cycles for Candian & US employees
* Create and maintain efficient payroll processes to ensure all payroll deadlines are met in a timely manner
* Multiprovincial experience including BC/QC / NS
* Must have experience ADP WFN payroll software
* Manage payroll tax related remittances and filings, tax form balancing, year-end preparation, and audits
Qualifications
* 3+ years payroll processing experience in a busy or high-volume environment
* ADP WFN experience is required
* Strong customer service skills
* Strong communication and team skills
* Strong organization skills
* Ability to work in fast paced enviroments
