The Opportunity
As a Sales Floor Manager, you will be at the helm of an ambitious, high-performing sales team that’s passionate about growth and achieving results. With a base of $70,000-$80,000k and uncapped earning potential (OTE up to $120,000), the sky’s the limit in terms of your income! You’ll be working with an innovative HR and H&S SaaS product that’s already disrupting the market.
This is your chance to manage and mentor a talented team, drive performance, and play a pivotal role in our success story. Your ideas and feedback will be crucial as we continue to scale, and you’ll be directly influencing our sales strategies and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, train, and coach a team of up to 15 dynamic telesales professionals to exceed targets.
* Optimize CRM systems to enhance data tracking and lead generation.
* Provide regular sales performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
* Actively walk the sales floor, motivating the team and ensuring KPI achievement.
* Analyze sales data to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
* Manage campaigns and identify fresh incentives to drive sales growth.
* Continuously enhance sales processes for maximum conversions and team performance.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven leadership experience (minimum 3 years) in managing high-performing sales teams, particularly in a SaaS/growth business model.
* Track record of managing a telephone-based sales team and a track record of driving performance in a target-driven environment.
* Strong decision-making abilities and a consultative sales approach.
* Comfortable liaising with all levels of the organization, from sales reps to directors.
* Proactive, with the ability to coach, manage pipelines, and plan successful sales campaigns.
